Wanfest Pimp My Rig Contest

Newegg, Dust-Off® and some awesome product sponsors such as AMD, GIGABYTE, Sapphire, G.Skill, ABS, Seagate, OCZ, and LG are teaming up to bring you the Wanfest Pimp My Rig contest. The contest is completely free to enter, and all you have to do is:

  • Take a picture of your current PC and monitor with the Newegg or Dust-Off® website open in the background
  • Post the link to your Pimp My Rig picture along with your PC specs and a brief explanation of why your PC needs to be pimped out in the official Wanfest Pimp My Rig forum
  • Additional consideration will be given to submissions with YouTube videos or other creative entries

The contest is completely free to enter and one lucky winner will get their PC pimped out with a brand new AMD Phenom II PC.

"We will select the top (worst) five submissions based on a number of criteria including how pathetic your current setup is, creativity of your presentation, and overall style (or lack there-of). The Wanfest community will then vote on who they think should win the dream rig from AMD, and together with our panel of judges a winner will be crowned. One lucky winner that has endured the anguish of a terrible PC will get their gaming rig pimped out!

Contest Timeline:
Submissions: November 7 - December 18
Community Vote: December 20 - January 16
Winner Announced: January 21"

Am I reading this wrong? When are you picking the top five? Where will we see it posted?
